General Terms
1. The artist may decline requests.
2. Visual references and detailed descriptions are highly
encouraged for better commission output.
3. Turnaround time of 5-20 days. Rush commissions will
cost extra.
4. If the commission work will be delayed due to
unforeseen circumstances, the artist shall give prior
notice to the client.
5. Maximum of 3 minor revisions (size, color, rotation, etc.)
per piece. Any additional and/or major revisions (change
in design, pose, additional objects, etc.) will cost extra.
6. Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the
request.
7. This art commission covers digital art only. No physical
product will be provided.
Payment
1. 50% down payment will be required before the
commission starts.
2. Remaining fees shall be paid before the final artwork can
be received.
3. Modes of payment: Paypal (USD), GCash (PHP).
4. No cancellation or refund once the commission has
already started.
5. Tips are very much appreciated.
Artwork Use
1. The artwork is for PERSONAL USE ONLY unless agreed
upon. Commercial use rights (to use the artwork for
profit) will cost extra.
2. The artwork shall not be edited or tampered with.
3. The client may post the artwork on their social media
accounts provided that they credit the artist.
4. The artist may post the artwork in their social media
accounts and art portfolio unless the client requests
otherwise.
Will Draw: WILL NOT DRAW:
✓ people ✖ NSFW
✓ fanart ✖ hate content
✓ original characters ✖ realism/other art style
commission process
1. Fill-out the commission order form (link at home page).
2. Contact the artist to discuss commission details.
3. If request is approved, invoice will be sent to the client.
4. Pay the required fees (50%).
5. An initial sketch will be sent to the client for approval.
6. The sketch will be subject to revisions if required by the
client.
7. Once the sketch is approved, the artist will color it in.
8. The rendered artwork (with transparent watermark) will
be sent to the client for approval.
9. Once the artwork is approved, pay the remaining fees.
10. The final artwork (JPEG and PNG formats) will be sent
via email.
